Human Resources Manager at MAFÉ Resources

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
• Manage the recruitment process, including HR sourcing and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee performance management processes to ensure employee development and engagement.
• Utilize HR software systems such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Dayforce, Ceridian, and Kronos for efficient HR operations.
• Design and deliver training development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while ensuring fair employment practices.
• Provide support in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, monitor and sustain a multi-step on-boarding process for new hires in which they receive orientation, training, and a 90-day performance follow-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 4+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
