Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with their company's objectives and values. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration. **Position is fully on-site.
Compensation:
Salary goes up to $110,000, dependent on experience plus attractive Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent in the security industry.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the security services industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
