The ideal candidate will meet the following description:
Since 1933, LaMar's Donuts has been serving up handmade, artisan gourmet donuts and coffee; currently, there are 25 LaMar's Donuts locations in five different states (AZ, CO, KS, NE, and MO). LaMar's Donuts strives to serve all of its customers the freshest donuts and coffee possible; true to their motto, Simply a better donut, LaMar's still makes its donuts fresh on a daily basis and serves hand roasted coffee and gourmet espresso based drinks.

Required experience:
The ideal candidate will meet the following description:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry at the supervisory level (preferably restaurant or hotel) or experience as a full cycle recruiter in the restaurant industry
- Human Resources experience with franchise experience
- Hold at minimum a PHR certification or equivalent (Preferred SPHR or equivalent)
- Recent sales experience strongly preferred (banquet/catering sales is a plus)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with computers, modern systems, and social media
- Self-motivated, driven, and competitive
- Strong relationship and social skills, able to adapt easily with a diverse clientele
- Must be able to accept feedback and constructive criticism and handle rejection
- Must have high energy and true passion for the hospitality industry
- Highly organized
- Quality of life balance, Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional weekends

- Proficient in typing (60 WPM strongly preferred) and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task, schedule, and track interviewees across multiple locations for a variety of different jobs
- Proficient with onboarding and new-hire process and paperwork: I-9 paperwork, W-4, background checks, job applications
- Strong ability to interview candidates and pay close attention to detail; must be able to match potential candidates to the appropriate job and or jobsHire, train, and instruct staff on performing multiple restaurant jobs, including but not limited to: customer service representatives, baristas, shift managers, managers, general managers, bakers, assistant production managers, and production managers as well as hire corporate level staff, such as: administrators/receptionists, project managers, accountants, controllers, human resources managers, etc.
