Responsibilities & Qualifications:The Human Resource Manager for the Sales Division will manage HR activities for Sales positions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role supports both Sales leadership and individual contributors to drive performance, engagement, and success. Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager collaborates closely with the VP of Sales Operations and Chief Revenue Officer to ensure effective hiring, onboarding, and HR practices that foster a positive work environment. This position is based out of Corporate HQQ in King of Prussia, PA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues for Sales associates promptly and professionally.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of all Sales positions, in partnership with HR Director, VP of Sales Operations and Sales Leaders.
- Ensure Sales teams adherence to performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
- Assist with Sales associate engagement activities to maintain a positive Sales environment.
- Partner with Field HR to communicate Benefits Open Enrollment to Sales Leadership and ensure employees have necessary resources.
- Assist with Sales associates’ LOA requests (FMLA, PLOA, MLOA) and workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely paperwork submission.
- Align HR initiatives with business goals in partnership with Sales Leadership and Corporate and Field HR.
- Compile and report key HR metrics and ad hoc reports related to Sales performance, processes and other activities.
- Support HR responsibilities such as assisting with onboarding new hires with new Acquisitions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of HR management experience preferred; 1-2 years of HR leadership experience required; experience recruiting for Sales roles is a strongly preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel 5-15%.
- Ability to work on-site Monday-Thursday in Corporate HQQ in King of Prussia, PA.
- Proficient with ATS systems (ICIMS preferred) and HRIS software (e.g., ADP, Dayforce); ability to quickly learn new HR and talent management systems.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
