Human Resources Manager - Industrial Equipment Rentals - Base Salary to 75k/year - Davie, FL

• Our client is a strong player in the equipment rental construction space and has earned the reputation as being the #1 provider in their space all throughout FL! This company is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager who will handle payroll, bookkeeping and anything related to billing.
• The company is on pace to double its revenue in 2024 from 2 years ago and needs a Human Resources Manager to manage HR aspects as the company continues to grow!

Responsibilities:

• Handle Payroll for the 100+ person company every week
• Handle anything related to billing and invoicing
• Communicate via phone and email with clients handling customer service, questions
• Manage some operations, and interface with the sales team frequently on billing related matters
• Work in the office Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience handling Payroll, billing and invoicing for a company with 100 employees or above
• Phone correspondence with clients handling superior customer service
• Must be commutable to Davie, FL and comfortable with occasional travel to Miami, FL
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 65k – 75k/year range
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k (match)
