Description
Perform functions to provide Human Resources oversight, expertise, leadership, support and guidance to leaders and associates within assigned business units, making decisions based on precedent and working within the limits of established policy.
- Responsible for leading the companies coaching model to include investigation, documentation, auditing, and authoring disciplinary documents.
- Develop and communicate HR policies, procedures, practices and standards to leaders and associates. Partner internally across the organization to build understanding and compliance.
- Establish relationships with leaders to further enhance HR's partnership with key stakeholders.
- Consult and coach all levels of associates on complex associate relations, performance management and behavior conduct to support company values.
- Partner with Payroll & Benefits team to provide site level support.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design, deploy, and support projects aligned with key business drivers to enhance overall organizational performance.
- Manage or support employment programs including new hire orientation and onboarding, leaves of absence, ergonomic assessment/evaluation, and workers compensation claims.
- Ensure assigned jurisdiction adheres to state, federal, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Make a continuous effort to broaden knowledge of industry and human resources regulations to become more effective in present position.
Other Duties
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Highly effective communicator with superior listening, understanding, and speaking skills.
- Strong proficiency in writing HR documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of processes, make improvement where possible while building people capability in support of business goals and objectives.
- Strong team building skills, with the ability to influence and lead, teach, train, counsel and coach to accomplish organizational goals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications and HRIS systems.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in human resources leadership required
- Human Resources Experience wthin a Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy highly preferred
- SHRM Certification strongly preferred
