Currently, Headfarmer is looking for an HR Manager to join one of our growing clients in the beauty industry. This is a newly created role for the company and exciting opportunity.

Inspire and Guide ?? – Lead development, retention, and individual success programs

Optimize Operations ?? – Ensure HR compliance, oversee compensation and benefits, and manage company policies

Drive Recruitment ?? – Manage talent acquisition and partner with department managers to bring in top talent

Elevate Performance & Development ?? – Implement growth-focused appraisals, motivate team success, and enhance manager training

Own HR KPIs ?? – Track HR department metrics to meet company goals and stay aligned with industry trends
