Responsibilities:

- Provides supervision of the plant human resources

- Administers wage, salary, and benefit programs

- Coordinates training programs

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree preferred

- 5+ years HR experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment

- Experience managing and staffing a large hourly workforce
