Hours: 40 hours per week (50-75% of the time in office)
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and development
* Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters
* Administer performance management and talent development programs
* Maintain accurate HR records and reports
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
Requirements:
* 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a small to medium-sized company
* Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g. Title VII, FLSA, CA employment laws)
* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g. Paychex, ADP)
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
