The Human Resources Manager (HRM), based on-site in Derwood, MD may be a good fit for you!

This fast-paced position is responsible for the management of human resources (HR) for assigned location(s). The HRM implements and acts to ensure compliance with government regulations and Company HR policies. It manages recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee retention and is engaged in benefits  processes; along with additional generalist tasks in the HR function.

This position is ideal for extremely organized individuals with sound decision making, judgment; and those with leadership experience.
