We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on employment labor law, organization design, and human capital management to foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide guidance on employment labor law compliance and best practices.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Support succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage HR systems, ADP for efficient operations.
- Facilitate organizational design processes to enhance team effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist (6 years minimum)
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ADP
- Excellent data analysis skills to interpret workforce metrics effectively.
- Experience in payroll, benefits, and implementing policies/procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
