Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide guidance on employment labor law compliance and best practices.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Support succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
• Manage HR systems, ADP for efficient operations.
• Facilitate organizational design processes to enhance team effectiveness.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist (6 years minimum)
• Strong knowledge of employment labor law and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ADP
• Excellent data analysis skills to interpret workforce metrics effectively.
• Experience in payroll, benefits, and implementing policies/procedures
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
