Human Resources Manager - Ferretti Search

In this role, you'll step beyond traditional HR and become a strategic partner to mid-level leaders. You'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our organization by partnering with them across all aspects of the talent lifecycle. This includes identifying and addressing talent-related challenges, proactively planning for future talent needs, and implementing initiatives that optimize team performance and effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent-related opportunities and proactively address challenges that hinder growth.
• Help leaders plan for future talent needs and ensure their teams are operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze data and leverage your expertise to make informed recommendations that support business success.
• Effectively influence leadership decisions related to people management strategies.
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to identify trends and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
• Consult with subject matter experts to develop solutions for talent-related challenges impacting business performance.

Requirements:

• The ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with leaders at all levels to foster collaboration and trust.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficient knowledge of adult development, learning, performance improvement, and U.S. labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
