Overview of the Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Take lead on recruiting and retaining top talent, from job postings to new hire onboarding
• Oversee benefits, FMLA, and worker’s compensation administration
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, create organization charts and employee directory
• Manage compensation programs, oversee performance evaluations and employee development
• Review and revise employee handbook, HR policies and procedures for compliance and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
• Minimum six years of progressive human resources experience
• SHRM or PHR certification is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Location: This role is 100% onsite in Bristol, IN

Salary: $88,800 - $95,800 depending on experience
