At Bloomington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, we are passionate about patient care! We provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions. At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized treatment in the South-Central Indiana. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!
HR responsiblities include:
Full onboarding of new hires, conduct monthly general hospital orientation, lead employee recognition efforts including quarterly planning, manages payroll and leave administration.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
- Healthcare HR experience preferred; Minimum five (5) years’ experience in HR Management role preferred.
- OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the facility’s human resource’s function. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
