Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enacting and enforcing company policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing full-cycle recruitment processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain company policies in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Address and resolve policy-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and scale teams from 0-1, including structuring departments, defining roles, and implementing workforce planning.
- Manage and supervise the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and support managers in setting and evaluating goals.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and tools.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
