As a Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for managing the day to day flow of general HR inquiries and office activities to include: assisting with general inquires from employees, HRIS System data maintenance, onboarding oversight, leave of absence, ADA and other employment actions. This includes but is not limited to, the following duties:

• Provide general HR support, addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Maintain HR systems, processes, and ensure data integrity.
• Support employees with leave of absence requests, documentation, and tracking.
• Assist with ADA accommodation requests, facilitate interactive conversations, track progress, and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations.
• Apply company HR policies consistently across the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support and mentor the HR Coordinator.
• Assist in property recognition, employee celebrations, and community engagement initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS

• Staying up to date on current employment laws.
• Assist with payroll issues to ensure property pay for all employees.
• Work with department managers on wage staffing questions.
• Market Survey.
• Assisting with translation (Spanish/English).

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience, preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR Certification, preferred.
