About the Job
This role will assist in the administration and analysis of various Human Resources programs, services and processes supporting the organization
Interaction with all levels of employees to answer HR questions and solve issues is essential
Analytical skills are important for compiling and analyzing information for data-based resolutions
Critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills are essential for the role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform HR operational processes such as background checks, drug screens, ordering business cards, etc
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and other related initiatives
- Assist with administration of Regulatory University (Reg U) - Assist with collection of data for external audits
- Revise documents and presentations upon request
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in Human Resources is preferred
- Ability to quickly learn human capital software
