Human Resources (HR) Representative Caregiver Onboarding Specialist - Rockaway Home Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Caregiver Recruitment & Screening: Identify and screen incoming applicants to ensure they meet hiring standards.
• Onboarding: Process new caregivers by collecting and verifying documents, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with state and company regulations.
• New Hire Orientation: Schedule and organize training and onboarding sessions to prepare caregivers for their roles.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate and compliant records in the HR system, ensuring caregivers are ready to begin work.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Human Resources or related fields (preferred).
• Knowledge of the caregiver hiring process or experience in the home care industry is a plus.
• Strong skills in recruiting, onboarding, and employee file management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Apploi, HHAeXchange, Inflowcare
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
