Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Tampa, FL is currently looking for a HR Coordinator (Workday, ADP) to join their expanding team.
Job Title: HR Coordinator (Workday, ADP) / Hybrid Work
Duration: 6 months contract, extendable up to 36 months
Location: Tampa, FL
Hybrid: Monday - Friday - 2-3 days onsite required (days onsite may vary)

HR Coordinator - Separations & Leave of Abssence
Position details:
6-month contract, extendable up to 2 years for the right candidate. Might not necessarily extend into a permanent role
Many candidates are overqualified while some have no experience with HR systems
Deep experience with HRIS systems is required: Workday, Servicenow, ADP (Servicenow experience will be ideal)
Fortune 100 company experience will be ideal, some global experience
Experience with Leave of Absence, Separations Processes
Critical thinking is key for this position
Career contractors will not be an ideal fit for this team, people with tenure in their resume will be preferred, the team has a collaborative culture, needing a middle employee who is trainable and can grow within the company
Bachelor's Degree is required
2-5 years of experience will be ideal.
The HR Coordinator (Separations/Leave of Absence) is responsible and accountable for ensuring the delivery of HR services in the separation or LOA space, and other duties as assigned.
The HR Coordinator will work in close partnership with the Core HR Service Team in the handling of all transactional systems and processes.
This includes reviewing and processing employee leaves and/or the timely and accurate processing of off-boarding activities for colleagues.
In this role, the HR Coordinator will be part of a team that ensures HR processes and programs are implemented in a consistent manner across Client
Responsibilities:
Handle review and processing of employee leaves and/or the timely and accurate processing of all transactions related to termination events
Ensure data integrity for all HR systems and databases within the required Compliance framework
Synthesize various reports using MS Excel or similar
Provide administrative support as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, etc.)
Support successful colleague off-boarding
Comply with data privacy regulations
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred
A minimum of 1-3+ years working experience (prefer HR field)
Experience in managing highly confidential sensitive data and record retention
System Experience: Workday, ADP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
High attention to detail (red lining docs, auditing)
Strong time management and risk identification skills
Compliance/audit and process optimization skills preferred
Team player
Paralegal or related experience preferred
