Your Key Responsibilities
- Developmental human resources generalist role that will train in Wooster, Ohio for approximately 1 year; final placement intended to be in Cheraw, South Carolina after training period
- Support in the recruitment process, screen applications and conduct interviews.
- Assist in career development matters, discuss career paths, assess and recommend candidates.
- Conduct routine HR and salary administration tasks, provide advice to Managers and employees respectively.
- Investigate and advise both management and employees on personnel matters.
- Support HR BP in the design or implementation of related HR projects of different kind.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role required
- External applicants must have the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
