Overview of the Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation
• Address employee questions and concerns
• Manage benefits programs and process leave paperwork
• Assist with performance reviews and goal-setting processes
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of employee records

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Minimum three years of human resources experience
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in an HRIS software

Location: This role is 100% onsite in Mishawaka, IN

Salary: $60,000 - $70,720 depending on experience
