Our client, a confidential contemporary women’s denim brand based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a skilled HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for English and Spanish-speaking employees, ensuring clear communication across the workforce.
• Lead the day-to-day HR operation.
• Oversee payroll processing using Rippling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Provide guidance on Company policies and procedures and address any issues in a timely manner.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, wholesale, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse/forklift safety standards preferred.
• Experience handling payroll; knowledge of Rippling is a plus.
