Position Overview:
As an HR Generalist / Junior HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with leadership and employees to provide comprehensive HR support and drive initiatives that align with our company’s goals and values. From employee relations to performance management and talent development, this role is an excellent opportunity to make an impact and develop your HR expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Act as a resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with policies.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless new hire experience.
- Performance Management: Support the execution of goal-setting processes, reviews, and employee development plans.
- Training & Development: Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement training programs to enhance employee growth and career progression.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations while assisting with audits and reporting initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and surveys to foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
- HR Administration: Support HRIS management, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
- Collaboration with HRBP: Work with HR Business Partners to execute organizational development initiatives and HR strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years in HR roles, including generalist responsibilities and talent management.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
