HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
My client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the human capital function as the firm continues its intense growth trajectory.
Job Duties
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Head of Human Capital in building a world-class HCM Function.
- Design effective and efficient HCM policies and procedures.
- Lead payroll, benefits, and compliance related activities.
- Assist with annual compensation activities.
- Facilitate the pre-hire and onboarding process.
- Assist with employee and labor relations.
- Coordinate the recruitment process.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of learning and development objectives.
- Facilitate the performance management process.
- Provide premium day to day HR operational support that is timely, reliable, dependable and accurate.
- Handle other duties and special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess all or most of the following experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters in HR preferred.
- 2 to 7 years of HR related experience preferred.
- Broad knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience in professional services and/or energy is a plus.
