How You Will Make an Impact
- HR Administration:
- Human Resources Generalist will maintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare and process HR documents
- Assist with HR projects and special initiatives as needed
- Managing job descriptions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Performance Management:
- Human Resources Generalist will support managers in performance appraisal processes and goal setting
- Assist with employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans
- Compliance and Legal:
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance including multistate
- Support in handling employee-related legal issues, including terminations, complaints, and investigations
- Prepare and maintain necessary HR reports and records
- Management of I9 files
- HRIS Management:
- Human Resources Generalist will responsible for managing and maintaining the ADP workforce now, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and security of HR data. This role also ensures compliance with data protection laws and organizational policies
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs to enhance skills and performance
- Track and report on training progress and compliance
- Assist with career development initiatives
- Employee Relations:
- Human Resources Generalist will act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and handle employee queries and concerns
- Assist in resolving conflicts and ensure a positive work environment
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Human Resources Generalist will assistant Talent Acquisition with the coordination of the recruitment process
- Ensure proper onboarding of new team member experience and facilitate the orientation process

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant years of experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources including but not limited in employee relations
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations
- Bilingual English, Spanish preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
