Human Resources Business Partner – Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, hire.
• Collaborate with Leaders.
• Streamline the Hiring Process: Prepare requisitions and offer materials for all new exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Ensure Compliance: Facilitate background checks and drug screenings.
• Support Payroll Processes.
• Guide Performance Management and nurture talent for future success.
• Analyze Compensation: Assist in developing competitive and cost-effective compensation strategies.

Human Resources Business Partner – Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree and five (4) years of Human Resources experience or equivalent
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Financial Services industry Preferred
