POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Senior Director of People and Culture, the HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR-related functions with an emphasis on talent acquisition, onboarding, orientation, compliance, and employee engagement.

Senior Diretor of People and Culture
PAY RANGE:
$25.00/hour - $31.00/hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Schedule, and facilitate new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional experience
- Create job postings and edit job descriptions for departments based on their hiring needs, ensure our website is current
- Facilitate new hire orientation by communicating HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Maintain physical and digital files for employee records including benefits and wage administration
- Source candidates, conduct first round interviews
- Lead on-boarding experience through HR Cloud; maintain wage
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and ready for work, schedule staff trainings; maintain training calendar, ensure certifications/licenses are current.
- Manage volunteer database
- Help facilitate the performance management process
- Provide daily HR support in all matters i.e. employee requests, ADP reports, track and enter all payroll changes.
- Manage all LOAs: FMLA., CTPF, track in ADP
- Help develop activities/programs to engage and retain staff
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
- Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain excellent relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruiting and employee relations.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
- Knowledge of employment labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity or proficiency with HR Cloud for applicant tracking system management.
