Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist will manage the day-to-day HR responsibilities at the client site. This includes a wide variety of tasks including hiring, administrative, benefits, leaves of absences, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with guiding employees through various human resources processes and answering ADP, benefits or policy inquires
- Process and maintain new hire and termination paperwork, reports, and activities including personnel files
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment of open positions
- Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding
- Conduct exit interviews and compile associated data; identify trends and suggest potential mitigations
- Respond to inquiries from site leadership and facilitate with appropriate members of the broader HR team as needed
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leaves of absences
- Assists managers with disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, recognition, morale, and training and development
- Assists with enforcing completion of mandatory and non-mandatory training such as safety training, anti-harassment training, compliance, etc.
- Assist with annual benefits open enrollment process
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure data integrity through administration of the HRIS system to include relevant, current, compliant, and confidential employee data

- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources, particularly HRIS, benefits, and compensation
- Proficient in Excel and/or other database management systems
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills, experience with reporting and data analysis; Experience with ADP preferred
- Solid expertise prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Collaborative team member with excellent organization skills, attention to detail and strong sense of urgency and follow through
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment
