HR Generalist
Seeking qualified candidates who are able to communicate effectively with Spanish speaking employees. Byhalia, MS distribution center. This role is a true HR Generalist role which will be involved in multiple areas of HR. We are seeking candidates who have broad hands-on experience including experience with an HRIS product, full cycle recruiting and onboarding, training, employee relations, and exposure to both compensation and benefit programs administration.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Collaborate with all members of a Global HR Team
Provide recruiting services for US locations
Provide support for Global Staffing
Support Employee Engagement, Recognition and Activity Programs
Support Employee Development and training programs
Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding programs
Provide compensation and benefits support
Requirements of the position include:
5+ years of HR Generalist experience in supporting Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Distribution companies
MUST be able to communicate effectively with Spanish speaking employees
4-year degree in HR management, business, or related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an HR Generalist with experience in a variety of HR functions
Working knowledge of Affirmative Action and employee on-boarding methods are desirable skills
Must have full cycle recruiting experience including strong online skills; ADP WorkforceNow Recruiting and LinkedIn experience are highly desirable
Hands-on experience with an HRIS; ADP WorkforceNow experience is highly desirable
Must have demonstrated work history that supports the ability to work with minimal supervision
Benefits and compensation administration experience is desired
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills are required
Work experience must include the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong skills and abilities with MS Office Suite are required
