Job Title: HR Generalist
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This role requires onsite work 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
