Position: HR Generalist
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days/week in Annapolis Junction, MD)

Position Summary:
The EverWatch HR Generalist is a key component of the HR team, serving as the front-line contact for daily HR operations and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Assist with benefits administration and employee relations.

Support recruitment efforts and maintain HR records.

Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Facilitate training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

2+ years of HR experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
