They are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and team member experience. They maintain policies and ensure legal compliance. An HR Director is an ambassador for the organization's culture and maintains vision alignment with the Operator.

HR Director Responsibilities:
- Taking high-level ownership in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding of new team members
- View and adjust time punches
- Payroll processing
- Involved in department training development
- Maintain policies and legal compliance
- Resolving team member disputes and complaints
- Oversee and track team member infractions and ensure enforcement of applicable disciplinary action
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members and guests
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues and hold team members accountable to expected results
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility of restaurant goals and values
- Prior HR and Admin experience is not required but is preferred
