We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to direct and administer the Human Resources function at the facility continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Human Resources Directors must have the following:
- Associate’s degree in human resources management or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years general experience in the HR field
- Prior HR experience in a long term care facility required.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws
- Experience with union agreements
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Energetic, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
As a Human Resources Director, you will:
- Welcome new hires and lead orientation.
- Facilitates effective associate relations within the facility.
- Manage and maintain confidential employee files.
- Administers and interprets Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Tracks associate leave of absence.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits.
- Assist in creating and coordinating recognition programs or events.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Prepares reports as needed.
- Monitors and responds to unemployment and Workman’s Compensation claims.
- Audit, enter new hires, terminations, promotions, increases, perform edits in payroll and submit for process.
