Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 Per Year

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As a strategic partner to leadership, the HR Director will play a key role in aligning the organization’s people strategy with its business goals. This role is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy development, performance management, and cultivating a thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Provide strategic insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Act as a change agent to support growth and transformation initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.
- Develop and implement succession planning and leadership development strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, providing guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and documentation to mitigate risks.
- Oversee employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Design and implement performance-based bonus structures and incentive programs.
- Lead annual salary reviews and benchmarking processes.
- Manage and refine the performance review process to drive accountability and professional growth.
- Collaborate with managers to set clear goals, provide feedback, and support employee development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools.
- SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
