Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Starting Hourly Rate: $22+

Summary: Responsible for providing professional support to the HR team, including recruiting, scheduling, HR data entry and fielding day to day associate inquiries with strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides HR support and perform tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and fielding associate inquiries
- Responds to associate requests and questions
- Assists with recruiting and interview process
- Manages the Sunshine Fund requests and quarterly Food for Thought meetings
- Collect, compile, record or otherwise gather data to prepare standard and custom reports with information necessary for high level decision-making
- Prepares and sends mailings for HR as needed
- Makes copies and scan documents to be electronically filed
- Organize meetings per requests, including booking rooms, ordering food and gathering the necessary supplies so they are available for the meeting
- Schedule and organize complex meetings and training schedules
- Assists with New Hire Orientation
- Prepares quarterly training grant reports
- Is an active participant on the Safety and Activities teams
- Handle confidential and non-routine information for HR
- Work independently and/or within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
- Other duties as assigned
Accountabilities:
- Accountable for meeting Safety goals
- Accountable for meeting New Hire Retention goals
- Accountable for coordinating Sunshine fund and quarterly FFT lunches within budget
- Accountable for meeting goal for scheduling meetings and training
- Accountable for HR project and administrative support
- Accountable for meeting goal for Recognition
- Accountable for meeting Learning and Development goals
Training/Education/Experience:
- 2 years formal training beyond High School
- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft to include Excel, Word and Outlook & Power point
- High School diploma required
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Proficient PC Skills - Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point and other proprietary software systems
- Can speak, understand and write English
