About the Job
A company in New Jersey seeks an HR Coordinator who can perform the following tasks and join their growing team.
The Human Resources Coordinator provides support for payroll, benefits, workers compensation and leaves of absence. Responsible for data processing and administration of iSolved, including data reporting. Serves as first point of contact for responding to payroll, compensation and benefits inquiries from team members and external agencies.
Reports To: VP of Finance & Administration
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Using iSolved, maintains accurate employment records (including on-boarding, off-boarding, job changes etc.). Maintains homepage and accompanying documentation.
- Ensures iSolved validation tables reflect current policies.
- Responsible for compiling and reporting data, including but not limited to position control, time-to-fill, etc.
- Prepares communications related to job changes (welcome letters, promotions, compensation adjustments, terminations).
- May conduct or assist with conducting audits in iSolved.
- Responsible for HR-related invoice processing.
- May assist leadership with data relating to staffing, recruiting, compensation, payroll and benefits.
- Responsible for responding to inquiries/notices from team members and external agencies.
- Coordinate and provide support for projects related to iSolved implementation.
- Assistance in various HR / organization projects as directed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills
- iSolved recent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Office365 or related software
- Proficient with videoconferencing platforms, particularly Teams and Zoom
- Benefits experience
