We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator at our Mason, Ohio headquarters location.
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Provides general administrative support such as electronic filing, preparing correspondence, forms and reports, etc.
2. Prepares new hire documentation and ensures completion.
3. Establishes, maintains and controls personnel, employee, and recruitment records.
4. Provide recruiting support for various positions.
5. Enter changes into the HRIS system.
6. Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
7. Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, E-Verify reporting, and maintains compliance.
8. Process verifications of employment and support orders.
9. This is a 5 day a week in office position.
The successful candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:
- High School degree required, college degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent computer skills, including all Windows applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
