Human Resources Coordinator at a glance...
You will support the HR Business Partner with all plant-related HR duties and lead employee engagement activities.
What's on the menu?
Coordinate Human Resources procedures in compliance with established company policies, practices, and procedures.
Coordinate hourly benefits and serve as the “go to” person for all benefit related issues.
Coordinate the Short-Term Disability/PLOA/MLOA/LTD/FMLA process for all employees- position is the on-site contact for the site and serve as the liaison with the site and Sedgwick in order to coordinate proper documentation and accurate execution of STD pay.
Lead Benefits Enrollment annually and assist with benefits questions.
Answer or refer employees to the appropriate vendor regarding insurance coverage questions/issues.
Active participation in New Hire Orientation. Ensure accurate documentation (such as I9s, computer access information, etc) is distributed and signed by new hires.
