About the Job
We are currently seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join a growing and collaborative organization. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting Human Resource functions and various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for handling payroll entry, recruiting support, benefits administration, onboarding and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting Support: Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews. Help coordinate recruitment efforts and maintain candidate records.
Benefit Reporting: Compile and analyze benefit-related data, prepare reports for management, and assist with benefit enrollment and administration.
Employee Orientation and On-Boarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation.
Payroll Entry: Accurately enter and maintain payroll information, including timekeeping data, employee changes, and deductions. Ensure payroll entry is accurate and ready to be processed.
Reporting: Generate and maintain HR reports, track key metrics, and provide insights as needed. Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to track HR data, analyze trends, and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Prior administrative support experience in a professional setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Task-oriented with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
