V- Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator III. The qualified candidate will be responsible for various HR and general office administrative functions. Duties will include onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance and policy implementation, and light recruiting. The successful candidate will also support corporate office administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary contact with Insperity PEO on all Payroll, Benefits, and HR related matters
- Serve as the primary contact with Insperity PEO on payroll, benefits, and HR matters.
- Support V-Tech's PEO requirements and assist employees in accessing information.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers, in collaboration with managers.
- Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs with Insperity’s support.
- Administer HR programs like compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance, safety, and development, with Insperity’s assistance as needed.
- Assist with staffing proposals, managing job requisitions for contract roles, and ensuring compliance with qualifications.
- Handle employment inquiries, referring complex matters to appropriate personnel.
- Communicate benefits options with help from V-Tech’s benefits consultant.
- Participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local employment laws, and contract-specific requirements (e.g., SCA).
- Stay updated on HR trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Facilitate compliance report filings (EEO, AAP, OSHA, VA, HUBZone) with Insperity.
- Process payroll information and ensure proper deductions for taxes, benefits, and contributions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- 4-6 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 4 years in government contracting
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience in either a corporate or government contract setting
- Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar, highly preferred.
- Understands federal labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEO) and government contract compliance (FAR, DFARS, SCA)
- Experience with Insperity Solutions or a PEO, a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work environment:
