Human Resources Coordinator

Starting Compensation:

27.00 - 28.00 USD Per Hour

Working Location:

Fresno, CA

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

What you bring to SBHG:

High school graduate or equivalent plus two (2) years of experience working in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
Experience with HRIS preferred
Valid California Driver's License

How you will make a difference:

Communicates various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to employees and management. Answers HR questions over the phone and/or in person.
Tracks and prepares reports on HR related data including turnover, diversity, workers compensation trends, etc.
Reviews DMV notices as they come in and notifies program leadership and the Regional HR Manager of any concerning items reported.
Presents benefits information and HR policies to new hires during orientation and serves as backup to other HR staff presenters during orientation.
Coordinates/gathers HR data and assists with internal and external audits as needed.

Grade State Range: 26.16 - 41.85 USD Hourly
