Position Description
The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department in various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and process administration. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Experience with Keka, an HRMS (Human Resource Management System), is preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage job openings, assist with candidate screening, schedule interviews, the onboarding process.
- Update employee records in Keka and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee data in Keka, manage attendance and leave requests, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Generate reports on employee performance, turnover, and other HR metrics using Keka.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, preparing reports, and assisting with HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills, both writing and verbally.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative support role.
- Proven experience working with Keka HRMS or similar HR software.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
