People & Culture: Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator is an introductory position that serves as a robust platform from which to learn a great deal of HR responsibilities. The Coordinator will help to lead a broad range of human resource functions and act as the main point of administrative contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. This administrative position will be responsible for monitoring company policies in compliance with professionalism and company brand standards, and for auditing all HR-related files and procedures company-wide. This position requires clear and effective communication throughout all levels of the organization, and may require communication with customers, suppliers, and/or regulatory agencies. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR Coordinator or Administrator, or relevant role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Excellent software skills
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
