RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to support the recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews with candidates for temporary employees, opening job reqs and working with temp agency to fill roles.
• Must maintain and audit confidential employee files ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Must enroll New Hires/Temps into the timeclock systems and set them up on their assigned supervisors.
• Assist with employee relations For temps) as needed.
• Submitting approved timesheets to agencies
• Responsible for Weekly Temp report submission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ year of experience as administrator or in HR field.
• Great communication skills
