HR Coordinator Responsibilities

• Support full life cycle recruiting tasks including opening requisitions, performing phone screens, and scheduling interviews
• Assist with job posting and advertising processes on job boards
• Maintain accurate employee records within various HR systems
• Administer the department’s compliance training software, including tracking employee completion of assigned modules and preparing audit reports
• Prepare global quarterly HR wellness newsletter and assist with company-wide quarterly newsletter
• Manage the Human Resources email inbox, responding to employee inquiries on topics including benefits coverages, payroll deductions, and time off, resolving issues promptly with a high level of employee satisfaction
• Maintain the employee Intranet to ensure the availability of current resources
• Support and track signatures for company policies
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the value and efficiency of benefit programs and other HR offerings
• Provide daily support for the Human Resources Director and Chief Human Resources Officer when needed
• Assist with other Human Resources team projects

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1+ years of experience providing customer service or support to internal or external parties, both verbally and in writing
• 1+ years of experience authoring employee- and/or customer-facing communications
• 1+ years of experience handling confidential and sensitive information
