Position Overview
The main purpose of this position is to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Human Resources department of NCF. The HR Coordinator will assist with the Human Resources talent acquisition strategy by supporting the recruitment lifecycle process including but not limited to scheduling, documentation, logistics and reporting. The HR Coordinator will also aid, facilitate, and improve human resource processes in support of the EVP and Senior Human Resource Managers to include but not limited to documentation, scheduling, logistics, and reporting by performing the following duties.
This position is hybrid based out of our office in Alpharetta, GA.

Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assists with writing and editing job descriptions and job postings
- Posts approved positions on career websites and other social media platforms
- Coordinates, schedules, and creates interview schedules, prepares all related documentation and manages all logistics associated with candidate interviews, including travel arrangements, as needed
- Assists recruiting efforts in arranging onsite interviews and welcoming interviewees, sets up conference rooms as needed
- Monitors electronic HR Inbox and distributes emails to Senior HR Manager and Recruiters accordingly; files and names emails in Recruitment folder
- Sends out assessments to candidates as requested
- Creates Employee folder when offer is accepted, moves recruitment files to the new folder and renames using HR filing nomenclature
- Prepares Employee Referral Bonus forms for review
- Assists Recruiter with temporary Q4 staffing needs
- Attends regular Recruitment meetings providing updates and insight
- Conducts period audits of recruitment files
Pre-Employment Screening
- Sends out Professional and Spiritual reference checks ensuring there are three professional references (at least two from former managers) and one spiritual reference
- Submits completed Background Check Consent Forms to 3rd party vendor
- Files completed references and background checks, notifies Recruiter when each are complete
- Reviews completed references and background checks, notifies Recruiter and Senior HR Manager immediately if there are any inconsistencies
- Tracks and updates New Hire Dashboard daily, notifies Recruiter of any delays in references or background checks
- Verifies candidate credentials and licenses, as requested
Human Resources Administrative Support
- Assists with electronic employee file maintenance and proper disposal of hard copies of employees’ records
- Reviews weekly HR audit access report
- Coordinates training sessions and seminars to include logistics, scheduling, setup and supplies for all classes
- Assists with setup and maintenance of all company surveys
- Provides administrative assistance to the EVP, Human Resources
- Schedules monthly team meetings and maintains agenda for meeting
- Maintains HR calendar
- Processes all department mail
- Processes vendor invoices
- Assists or prepares correspondence as directed
- Performs file audits to ensure all required documentation is collected and completed
- Supports the annual open enrollment process
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports Senior HR Managers and HR team as directed
- Assists with any additional administrative tasks assigned
- Assists with projects as assigned

Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; or
- Equivalent HR experience in lieu of a degree is ok
Experience
- Must have 2+ years’ HR experience
- 2+ years’ experience in Outlook, scheduling, and Excel
Knowledge Base
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving payroll, employment, HR, and benefits administration
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proficient with or the ability to learn applicant tracking system
