Responsibilities:The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders in the following areas: (a) talent acquisition; (b) colleague engagement and development, (c) policy compliance; (d) investigations and workplace concerns; (e) strategic workforce planning and succession planning and serve as a stragegic thought partner to business leaders. The principal outcomes of this role are to grow the organization by identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent. The role works collaboratively with HRDs and additional HR and business colleagues

This role is an on-site position in Tucson, AZ but candidates should be open to relocating to Austin, Texas in the future.
Qualifications:Qualifications for the position include:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources as an HRBP or Specialist
- Actively engaged in recruiting and performance management of employees and familiarity with applicant tracking software and metrics
- Must have bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working closely with cross functional teams and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
