POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Business Partner provides broad based professional human resources support to the Finance organization and report into the Director, HRBP for Corporate Functions. This position will partner with all HR functions to implement practices, policies and procedures in order to be responsive to the Hospital's goals, culture and competitive practices. All HR staff members must be focused on the points of integration for seamless patient care, employee effectiveness and experience.

5-7 years of Human Resources Generalists/Junior Business Partner experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years of Human Resources Generalists/Junior Business Partner experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and execute operational HR tasks to ensure a positive employee experience
- Previous experience coaching managers on employee relations topics and viewed as a provider of balanced support
- Understanding of organizational design and change management principles is preferred
- Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business problems; able to work through complex issues
- Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills of compensation plans and makes both easy to understand by the client
- Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to partner effectively with subject matter experts
