An established transportation company in South Houston is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to oversee HR standards, procedures, and employee lifecycle development. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with expertise in organizational design, development, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Policy Implementation: Contribute to and implement the HR policy and plans, in line with the strategy of the Region and requests from management.
- Advising: Formulate and present possible solution directions and issue advice at request or at own initiative, taking into account the applicable standards.
- Personnel Development: Implement HR development policies and align with regional strategy, and contribute to the realization of a work environment, which focus on improving performance and development.
- Recruitment & Resource Planning: Ensure optimal insight in the present and expected future personnel capacity needs of the assigned organization in order to deliver input for mid-long-term personnel planning.
- Projects: Participate in HR projects to implement new or improved systems, procedures and processes.
- Reporting: Provide Human Resources reports with correct and useful HR critical business indicators.
- Administration: Coordinate, execute, maintain and-or improve administrative activities and systems, in line with internal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HR, BA or similar required
- PHR;SPHR certification a plus
- 3+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience working with field employees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
