We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will be a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent. The role will assess and anticipate HR-related needs and proactively communicate to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, midrange plans, culture and competition.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
2. Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
3. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
4. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
5. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
6. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
7. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
8. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
9. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
10. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
11. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
2. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
3. Experience in strategic HR planning with a focus on supporting business and people strategies.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and to work effectively with business leadership and organizational partnerships.
5. Experience supporting business units of 300 or more employees.
6. Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
8. Ability to travel as required.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
11. Knowledge of HR risk assessment, evaluating risks and recommending the best approach.
12. Experience with salary administration, HR programs, and HR policy guidance and interpretation at a corporate level.
13. Experience in workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and regulatory compliance.
14. Proficiency in training needs assessment, design, and delivery, and evaluation and monitoring of training programs.
15. Experience in executive coaching, performance management, career development, reward and recognition, and disciplinary actions.
